Eligibility criteria – DDA Housing Scheme 2024

• Citizens of India are applicable for DDA Housing Scheme.
• SC, ST, PwD, Widows, and other reserved category applicants can apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2024.
• Applicants above 18 years of age can apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2024
• Applicants who are not married, and have no wife & husband can apply under the scheme
• If a Husband and wife want to buy a separate flat, then under DDA scheme they can apply and later on, one person will be allotted a flat and the other will get application money back.

• Applicant who belongs to an economically weaker section family and wants to apply for a DDA house must not exceed 3 lakhs per annum.
